2. Game Features and Virtual Currency

2.1 Game Features:

a. The game provides a virtual platform for sports betting, allowing users to participate in simulated betting activities.

2.2 Virtual Currency:

a. The game uses virtual currency (“coins”) for betting activities within the game.

b. Virtual Currency holds no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender or any form of real-world currency.

c. Users obtain these coins at the start of a league and the amount distributed is predetermined by the creator of the league. Coins cannot be transferred or saved on a player’s account for future use.

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1 In using the game, you agree not to:

a. Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, identity theft, or any other form of financial misconduct.

b. Violate any intellectual property rights.

c. Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the game or our systems.

d. Distribute content that is harmful, offensive, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

e. Interfere with or disrupt the game or servers or networks connected to the game.

f. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game’s source code.

4. User Content

4.1 User Content Ownership:

a. You retain all ownership rights to content that you submit, upload, or display while using the game (“User Content”).

b. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, publicly display, and distribute your user content.

4.2 Content Policy:

a. You agree to abide by our content policy and not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or in violation of any third-party rights or this agreement.

b. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any user content at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
