Types of Bets
Money-line Bets
Bet on which team will win a game. There’s no point spread and no conditions. If you place a bet on the money-line, that means you think the team you bet on will win the game. If they win, you win, no matter the score.
Spread Bets
Unlike a win or lose money-line bet, a spread bet requires a team to “cover” a certain amount of points in order to win the bet.

To help you understand point spread betting, here is an example:

The Packers are playing the Bears.

The Packers enter the game as the favorites, with the spread set at 10 points.

This means that the point spread market on the sportsbook would look like this:

Packers -10

Bears +10

If you back the Packers to cover the spread, then they must win by 11 points or more for your bet to be a winner.

If you back the Bears against the spread, then they must win, or lose by 9 points or less for your bet to win.

If the Packers win by 10 points exactly then the bet is considered a push and your original bet will be returned to your player wallet.
Over/Under Bets
An over/under bet is very simple. You are betting if the total score of the game (both teams combined total score) will be over or under the set total amount.
Parlay Bets
A parlay is a selection of 2-5 bets put together in one wager. Winning the parlay needs all of your individual selections to win. If any bet in your parlay is a loss, the entire wager is graded as a loss.
Parlay Rules
1. You must choose a minimum of two wagers, up to a maximum of 5 to place a parlay.

2. A ‘Push’ reduces the number of selections in the parlay. For example:
A four-team parlay with two ties reduces to a two-team parlay. The payout is re-calculated based on the reduced number of teams.
A two-team parlay with one push reduces to a straight bet.
If a parlay reduces to zero teams, the bet will be graded “Push” and your risk amount will be refunded.
3. With the exception of pushes, all wagers must win for the parlay to be considered a win. If one wager loses, the entire parlay loses. There are no partial payouts.

4. You cannot combine point spreads and/or money-lines for the same team from the same game, even if the lines are from different segments of the game.

5. You cannot include both sides of the same bet type (point spread, money-line, or total) from the same segment of the game.
